For our consultants, people management is a competence that is often implicitly required in projects - the management and further development of people and groups in the sense of value-orientated coaching.

At the same time, we also offer this support for personal and group dynamic development processes explicitly in the form of training courses and workshops.

In addition, we network our clients' knowledge in a highly effective and efficient manner, for example, by applying modern approaches such as Synthegration® from the St. Gallen Management Centre in phases.
