The book offers different perspectives on the broad field of change management. Almost without exception, real change in the sense of a process pattern change is associated with hard cuts as well as enormous design and adaptation efforts. The challenges are always similar and, for most of those involved, often determined from the outside.
The coming decades continue to promise great dynamism. However, in the opinion of the authors, a genuine culture of change has not yet been sufficiently developed either in business, politics or society. This book aims to provide a small impetus for this.
