Highly experienced consultant with a proven track record in delivering large scale IT projects. Mihail offers extensive know how and more than 10 years of experience in planning, setting up and managing complex infrastructure and information security projects involving multiple providers and challenging timelines. In addition, he brings in-depth expertise in the area of ​​testing and test management.

Mihail’s core competencies are:

• Information Security & Compliance: Mihail brings deep experience in leading large regulatory projects in areas such as Identity and Access Management and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
• (Agile) Project Management: In his career so far, Mihail has been responsible for several international projects (with up to 30 employees and a budget of EUR 15 million), primarily for clients in the financial and insurance sector.
• Service Management: Mihail has in-depth knowledge of introducing service management tools and analyzing and optimizing the service management landscape.
• Test Management: Through his work as a test manager, Mihail brings in-depth experience in planning and implementing complex test projects (30+ interfaces, 15+ testers).
