Vineyard Management Consulting GmbH has published the book “Artificial Intelligence – Smart Solutions in the AI Era”.
A traditional book in the age of AI – does that still make sense? Could it perhaps even have been written “only” by AI itself? We believe the answers are, firstly, “Yes, absolutely!” and, secondly, “with the help of AI as a tool, definitely!” – otherwise this book would hardly reflect today’s reality. Despite the use of AI, however, this book is based on the authors’ extensive practical experience and the intensive exchange on AI topics within our Vineyard consultant network. It therefore offers practical approaches for introducing AI into companies.
This volume brings together seven contributions that examine Artificial Intelligence primarily from a management and implementation perspective. In addition to technological opportunities, the focus is therefore also on security, governance, organization, project approaches and change management. The book deliberately considers the conditions companies need to establish in order to use AI not merely in isolated applications, but to develop it as a lasting organizational capability.
